Job Description:

--- At least 8 years of BA experience, including 4 years in accounting/finance domain--- Substantial experience in Finance and Accounting domain--- Excellent knowledge and experience in business requirements collection and developing functional specifications, requirements traceability matrix, articulating user stories--- Excellent interviewing capabilities, strong analytical skills to critically evaluate gathered information--- Excellent communications and writing skills--- Extensive experience with implementing large scale complex systems--- Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies--- Ability to define test scenarios and use cases--- TFS knowledge preferred--- Interface with the business client to understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationship--- Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposed--- Develop business cases, requirements, use cases, test plans, test strategies, test cases, and operational procedures and plans--- Document business processes and workflows--- Collaborate with IT professionals to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet business requirements--- Leverage rapid prototyping approaches to present as-is/to-be processes/workflows and rough designs of the proposed solutionExperience level required (Years): 10+ YearsMandatory required skills: BA with Accounting and Finance Domain
