Performance Analyst - Secondment (9 months) Full Time - Perth
Office CBDWe are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to provide
in-depth analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive
informed decision-making and optimise commercial outcomes. This
role is responsible for managing data frameworks to ensure accurate
performance reporting, leveraging specialised reporting tools and
business data to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders. The
ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying trends,
streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing data-driven

- Develop and maintain robust performance reporting frameworks,
ensuring accuracy and consistency in data.
- Analyse business performance metrics, identifying trends,
insights, and opportunities to enhance decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Utilise business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualisation
platforms to create dashboards and reports.
- Drive efficiency and accuracy by automating reporting processes
where possible.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across all
reporting outputs.
- Identify and implement best practices in data analysis and
performance reporting.
- Support leadership teams with ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
into key business drivers.What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a relevant
discipline.
- In exceptional circumstances only, extensive industry practical
and demonstrated experience and knowledge in required discipline
without a recognised degree may be considered.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI,
Tableau, SQL, or similar.
- High proficiency in Access, Ellipse Solutions (or similar
Business Warehouse tools) and advanced Excel skills, including data
modelling and automation techniques.
- Experience managing large datasets and databases, with a strong
ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into
clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and
integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think
strategically.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with
the ability to present insights effectively to non-technical
