We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Enterprise Architect to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and management of clear, multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with both external ICT service providers and internal stakeholders to drive and support our business strategy.Your Role in Action

• Develop and manage multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with external ICT providers and internal stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Lead key meetings, providing analysis, options, and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Establish and refine enterprise architecture practices, creating new processes to drive maturity and efficiency.
• Oversee and govern the application of technology by external ICT providers, ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and standards.
• Provide consultancy to external ICT service providers, shaping initiatives and ensuring ICT investments align with long-term enterprise goals.
• Manage controlled innovation with external providers, balancing risk and ensuring full benefits are realised.
• Stay on top of ICT trends, market capabilities, and external providers, identifying strategic opportunities for the business.
• Build strong relationships with business peers, internal ICT teams, external providers, and the broader ICT industry.What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a proven track record in establishing or transforming enterprise architecture within a large organisation.
  • Background in Solution, Project, Business, or Data Architecture, or significant experience designing and maintaining enterprise architecture in large, distributed ICT environments.
  • Strong experience managing and collaborating with external ICT service providers on the design and delivery of complex ICT solutions.
  • A mature perspective on enterprise architecture, with a deep understanding of its role in dynamic organisations and knowledge of all components of enterprise information architecture and processes.
  • Expertise in business process and application architecture.
