Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the NMCI/NGEN
Contract, Service Level Requirements (SLRs), and the Requirement to
Award Process Tool (RAPT).
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications and oversee the
execution of unique technical requirements during NMCI/NGEN
transitions.
- Coordinate and manage NMCI/NGEN transitions, including
schedules, rollouts, and architecture requirements.
- Implement and monitor technical requirements associated with
NMCI/NGEN initiatives.
- Facilitate the resolution of NMCI/NGEN issues among key
stakeholders, including CNIC, Leidos, HP Federal, NWC, and PM NMCI
leadership.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for issue escalation and
resolution.
- Ensure effective dissemination of information and training
across all levels of the chain of command through Beltway Weekly
updates, regional meetings, and weekly meetings with
leadership.
- Responsible for the accurate documentation of requirements,
planning, and execution of "unpriced" projects outside the
pre-priced NMCI/NGEN contract.
- Manage CNIC's Service Request Management (SRM) activities,
including policies for coordinating, approving, and tracking
claimant usage of SRM.
- Assist Regional CTRs, DCTRs, and ACTRs in preparing for and
participating in all required Decision Meetings (preliminary site
meeting, DM1, DM2, and DM3).
- Prepare budgetary data and justification in support of CNIC
NMCI programs/projects.
- Monitor recurring and claimant-specific technical problems
associated with the Navy's NMCI/NGEN efforts.
- Evaluate technical problems and provide pertinent data and
recommendations to the Leidos, HP Federal, PM NMCI program office,
and CNIC leadership as required.
- Prepare reports, executive summaries (EXSUMs), slides, and
briefing sheets on both budgetary and technical information.
- Provide business expertise to support decision-making
processes.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Secret security clearance
- Active IAT II Certification
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business
Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant
certifications in project management or technical fields are a
plus
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the NMCI
technical arena.
- Over twenty (20) years of total experience working with the
Military, with a strong understanding of military operations and
contracting.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the NMCI/NGEN program,
including hardware and software used on NMCI.
- Proven experience with Navy contracting and working with PM NEN
contracting officials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for
diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical problems and
provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to coordinate and resolve complex issues among multiple
stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution,
and documentation of requirements for unpriced projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and priorities effectively.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary security
clearances.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings and coordination
