candidate will lead surveying operations, oversee project
workflows, and ensure that all survey activities meet regulatory
and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a

and expanding firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage land surveying projects from start to
finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction
staking surveys.
- Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and survey
drawings for compliance with client specifications and regulatory
requirements.
- Utilize and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total
stations, and data collectors.
- Manage field crews, providing guidance and ensuring safety and
efficiency on job sites.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and clients to provide
accurate survey data and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and
advancements in survey technology.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying laws
and regulations.Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in [State] or ability
to obtain within [timeframe].
- 5+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong
understanding of survey principles and practices.
- Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS
applications, and data collection tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication
skills.
- Experience with drone technology, 3D scanning, or other
advanced surveying methods is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
