years.ABOUT THE TEAMAnduril is seeking a Lead, Government
Compliance to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our
headquarters office in Irvine, CA; Washington, D.C.; or Atlanta, GA
offices. Remote work may be considered for a highly qualified
candidate. The Lead, Government Compliance will report directly to
the Director, Government Accounting to provide subject matter
expertise on Cost Accounting Standards, Contractor Business
Systems, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 31 Cost
Allowability compliance for Anduril's growing business.ABOUT THE
JOBThis position will play a vital role in reviewing and/or
developing provisional billing, final overhead, and forward pricing
rates. Additionally, the role will perform critical quality control
reviews on supporting documents related to contractor business
system and cost accounting standards audits prior to submission to
government officials for review. We're looking for someone who has
excellent government contracting knowledge and attention to detail
to ensure documents are clear, concise, and accurate prior to
submission. This role will interface with various leaders across
Anduril and the government and must be able to communicate
effectively with individuals across various teams and
backgrounds.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop technical documents and presentations to communicate
Anduril's compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS compliance to
government contracting officers (DCMA) and auditors (DCAA)
- Review supporting documentation for contractor business system
audits to ensure accuracy with government requests prior to
submission to government auditors
- Establish and monitor government rate structures, including
provisional billing rates, forward pricing rates, and final
incurred cost proposals
- Provide subject matter expertise in development of policies and
procedures related to government contracting including CAS and FAR
Cost Allowability
- Play an active role in government audits and maintain
accountability records
- Prepare a variety of reports relative to unallowable and
allowable spendREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred 5+
year(s) of government accounting experience with direct involvement
in developing and monitoring CAS compliant indirect rates and
ensuring compliance with the six DFARS contractor business
systems
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence software such as
Microsoft Power BI, Palantir Foundry
- Experience with financial accounting systems such as Oracle
Fusion, NetSuite
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire for continuous process improvement
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export
controlled information or facilitiesUS Salary Range: $114,000 -
$171,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on
a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary
only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to)
work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are
included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered
