Our team's purpose is to "Shape a future of people-first places" because we believe buildings should be designed for people.The position is a full-time role for a Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor with the following key skills and responsibilities:

• Review project drawings to facilitate compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Provide compliance guidance and recommendations to project teams to assist them to design compliant buildings.
• Manage allocated projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely responses to the project team and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive reports on building compliance, and recommendations for achieving compliance.
• Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong time management and organisational skills in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry database management.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Being calm and confident under pressure.Registrations/Qualifications and Experience:Registration:--- Level 1 registration in WA or eligibility for Level 1 registration--- Level 2 registration in WA or eligibility for Level 2 registration--- Level 3 registration in WA (with current progress towards a higher level)Qualifications:--- Bachelor of Building Surveying and Certification, or equivalent qualification and experience in building surveying work.--- Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying, or equivalent qualification and experience in building surveying work.--- Equivalent aligned qualifications in Building Surveying.Experience:--- Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Surveying; and--- Minimum 2 years' experience in private commercial Building Surveying; or--- Minimum 5 years' experience in an aligned industry (other countries)If you are looking for a change and/or an exciting challenge, then please apply.
