Job Description:
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Project Control Analyst to
support our FAA business. The Project Control Analyst will play a
critical role in supporting project management teams by ensuring
effective project scheduling, planning, and monitoring. This
position requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze
project data, manage resources, and maintain project baselines to
ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of project control principles and be able to
communicate effectively with various
stakeholders.Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project
schedules that align with project objectives and timelines
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to create
detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, and
deliverables
- Critical Path and Dependency Analysis: Conduct critical path
analysis to identify key tasks and dependencies that impact project
timelines
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate
resources effectively, ensuring that project tasks are adequately
staffed
- Baseline Management: Establish and manage project baselines for
scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring adherence to project
constraints
- Status Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance
against established baselines, providing regular status updates to
stakeholders
- Related Project Management Activities: Support various project
management activities, including risk management, change
management, and stakeholder communication
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities
as required to support project management efforts and
organizational goalsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management,
Business Administration, Engineering)
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in project control,
specifically in project scheduling, project planning, critical path
and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management,
status monitoring, and related project management activities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft
Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Waterfall) required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTetra Tech is proud
