OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to support our clients' EDW contract. This position will be located in Washington, DC and is hybrid remote, requiring 3 days onsite (MWF) a week.Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
• Provides expertise in change management and training support.
• Provides organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments.
• Performs studies including but not limited to Configuration Management, Disaster Recovery, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and other aspects of technology and business improvement analysis.
• Develops and implements an HR systems central tracking tool for tracking workforce data requests, status, and completion.
• Communicates recommendations and updates to HR systems leadership, relevant councils and committees, and other stakeholders.
• Develops standard operating procedures for centralizing workforce data management within HR systems.
• Develops and implements surveys and assessments, which may include skills or competencies assessments.
• Recommends, develops, and implements systems, tools, and methods for easier and faster querying and reporting of data.
• Implements solutions to simplify the process required to query and report data from multiple systems.
• Recommends and implements solutions for automating data reports for regular data requests and workforce strategic planning.
• Benchmarks best practices across government and the private sector.
• Gathers and analyzes workforce data, identifying issues and trends, and develops forecasts to demonstrate how the workforce will evolve over time.
• Collaborates with and solicits input from judiciary committees, councils, and other relevant stakeholders when developing and implementing data strategies, systems, tools, and solutions.
• Reports data in a way that is compelling and easy to understand.
• Creates project plans with timelines and delivery schedules.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or commensurate experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in Configuration Management, Disaster Recovery, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and other aspects of technology and business improvement analysis.
  • Experience assessing online tools (e.g., Atlassian and Peoplesoft).
  • Extensive experience with Oracle database and web queries.
  • Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire AOUSC public trust.Preferred Skills and Experience
    • Experience with Snowflake.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Posted Salary RangeUSD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
