ConsultantThe Opportunity:To grow effectively, organizations need
help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing
up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or
transitioning an organization, our clients need someone who will
take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and
provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements,
mission success, and standard methodologies.That's why we need you,
a management consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect
of your customer's operations and give them the roadmap to becoming
the organization they envision. On our team, you'll create an
overall picture of your client's structure, day-to-day operations,
and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

stakeholders and support staff to help identify the elements that
work best in their environment and areas for improvement. Once you
have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can
improve, you'll review the path forward and the expected results

Have:
- 2+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution,
communications, change management, or facilitation
- Experience planning and executing large projects, including the
management of events or workshops
- Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy to
transformation efforts in the public sector
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to
influence action on key business decisions and major change
initiatives
- Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented
environment
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using Excel,
Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to develop presentations and work products using
PowerPoint and Excel
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement,
Communications, or Performance Management

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual's particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to
$137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting
