Become part of our Project Management team overseeing on-site Engineering functions on a significant WA project.20th February, 2025The CompanyResource Services Group X is a leading provider of innovative, integrated ME&I solutions in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Infrastructure industries in Australia and abroad.About the RoleReporting into the Project Manager, you will play a key role in Client interface and engagement for work packages, technical queries, and engineering. This position will be a FIFO from Perth to Pilbara, WA on a 19 days on/9 days off roster.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of the project to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met.
• Identify and resolve scope discrepancies, provide technical support and manage scope change control.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Monitor quality and quantity of incoming equipment and materials.
• Manage QA/QC systems.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Team in preparing accurate monthly reports.
• Participate in planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines.
• Check work drawings, construction and specifications against site plans and conditions and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary.
• Generate technical queries and requests for information.
• Compile and maintain required engineering registers and document management systems.
• Collaborate with site-based personnel including supervisory staff, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, consultants, the client, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies.About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
