Job Title: Teamcenter PLM Senior Architect/LeadJob Location: Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA/Seattle, WA/North Reading, MA (Any of these locations) - HybridCapgemini is looking for a Senior Teamcenter Architect for a hybrid position in Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA/Seattle, WA/North Reading, MA. Join a team driving innovation at a prominent global consulting and technology company.Key Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work-stream.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Teamcenter PLM architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance, customization & configuration) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy.
• Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations.
• Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business.
• Apply product management standard methodologies to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of collaborators.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience in developing Supply Chain systems is preferred.Required Skills:
  • 10-12 years of experience including 6-8 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation projects.
  • Experience in Teamcenter full lifecycle implementation.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • Supply Chain systems experience (good to have).
