at least 1-3 days on-site, in one of our offices across the United
States.Unlock Your Potential: Qualifications for Success
- 5+ years of experience in MEP/FP cost planning and estimating
across various building types
- Degree in a construction related discipline
- Provide design stage cost planning, cost estimating and value
engineering
- Ability to build Cost Reports/Estimates for review by
others
- A strong understanding of MEP system designs
- Strong computer skillset with Excel
- Understanding of basic construction estimating metrics
- Worked on both large and small / new and renovation
projects
- Experience with basic change order requests and processes
- Understanding of local and national market pricing
- Familiarity with quantity takeoff software (Cost-X and Bluebeam
preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBi a bonusWhat you'll be doing

- Be a part of client meetings and reconciliation with
contractors, with an emphasis on leading this on all aspects of
MEP/FP disciplines
- Advise clients on cost drivers, cost reductions, benchmarks,
and current market conditions
- Have experience with BIM/ Revit for quantity takeoffs
- Develop market research, implement company training
initiatives
- Attend network events and start honing Business Development

- $110,000-$150,000/yearSalary advertised is a broad base and is
dependent upon various factors such as experience, expertise, and
location. This salary base does not include the full compensation
package, which may include bonus, 401(k) up to 8% matching, and
