Ready to bring your best?How you will make contributions that matter...The role of the Maintenance Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Trainer / Analyst is key to the ongoing success of the Maintenance and Reliability effort. The CMMS Trainer / Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the CMMS within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CMMS to support the organization's maintenance and asset management processes.

  • Create, optimize and maintain training material, including manuals, presentations, e-learning and other forms of training in alignment with the need of the different user groups within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars and/or other forms of knowledge delivery techniques to educate employees on SAP PM functionality.
  • Provide hands-on training in the user environment to ensure all users can utilize the system effectively.
  • Provide ongoing user assistance and support by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide one-on-one training/guidance to individuals who require personalized help/support.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting structures within SAP PM to support maintenance activities.
  • Develop a reporting structure for standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Continuously evaluate SAP PM use, processes, workflow, reports and identify areas for improvement and optimization aligned with the departmental/sites objectives.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to make informed recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Create, optimize and maintain documentation of processes and systems, workflows and best practices.
  • Create user guides, quick reference material and visual guides for easy access by employees.
  • Monitor and manage integrations between the CMMS and other systems such as ERP or other software.
  • Conduct audits as required.
  • Respect organization's policies, applicable laws, and ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety & food safety rules and regulations.
  • Support emergency maintenance requests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.You are best suited for the role if you---
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or demonstrated knowledge of a major CMMS recognized as an expert proficiency level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance data management, with a strong background in SAP PM or similar CMMS. Experience with SAP PM module is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management practices and asset management principles.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to foster effective communication in both verbal and written formats, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization and can adapt to changing priorities and meet required deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, project management skills (planning, organization, and time management).
  • Related food industry experience within maintenance role is considered an asset.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
