SummaryCTC Group is seeking Subject Matter Expert (SME) level Intelligence Targeting Analysts (ITA) for a contingent program to provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT, and/or counter proliferation.Locations: National Capital Region (NCR)Responsibilities

• Have in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.
• Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving intelligence collection support target development and production.Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence-related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
  • Excellent briefing skills and experienced in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level Qualifications
    • 8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
    • At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
    • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
    • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
    • 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
    • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
    • Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within the previous five (5) years.
    • Expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is required.Pay InformationThe final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.
