Construction Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring that
Pandora achieves its growth and remodel targets by assisting and
supporting all phases of the new store development process.The
ideal candidate models and acts in accordance with Pandora policies
and possesses consistent leadership qualities, proper execution,
and continuous improvement principles. This position will work
collaboratively with internal and external partners and is a
conduit for information throughout the department. To be
successful, you need to be a great communicator, both verbally and
in writing, with a can-do attitude to help wherever you are
needed.Your Role as a Store Design & Construction Coordinator:
- In collaboration with the Store Design & Financial Analyst,
responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and distributing project
metrics, as well as documenting expenses and schedules for each
project within Pandora's software systems.
- Act as the subject matter expert regarding contracts, invoices,
and PO responsibilities.
- Responsible for contract administration for Owned and Operated
(O&O) stores.
- Track payments to ensure completion and assist in resolving
payment issues.
- Team lead for communications (both written and verbal).
- Responsible for reporting and preparing all construction data
for department meetings.
- Acts as the department conduit for all key project milestone
announcements.
- Acts as the conduit between market and global as it pertains to
design and strategy.
- Communicates new store development initiatives internally and
to external franchisees and vendors.
- Supports all project openings and survey requests.
- Responsible for the development of department
presentations.
- Responsible for project management on small projects and
technical additions to stores.
- Assist in the team's administrative tasks such as calendar
management.
- Proactively seeks ways to streamline daily processes and
procedures.
- Assists with the project close-out process alongside Project
Managers and Real Estate.
- Travel: 10% to project sites and headquarters as needed.Craft

- Retail, visual, construction, or commercial interior design
experience.
