  Job Description We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive, functional, and environmentally sustainable outdoor spaces, collaborating closely with our project teams.
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop detailed landscape designs, plans, and 3D models in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
    
  • Conduct site analysis, including assessment of existing flora, topography, and infrastructure.
    
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
    
  • Prepare proposals, including concept designs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
    
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
    
  • Provide guidance on the selection of materials, plants, and other elements for landscaping projects.

      Requirements Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
        
      • Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect is required.
        
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
        
      • Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
        
      • Strong knowledge of horticulture, environmental design, and urban planning.
        
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
        
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
