Location: 100% Onsite, reporting to Vienna, VA
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Job Description:
--- Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience
with hardware and software
--- Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
--- Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket
notation ability
--- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
--- Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control -
Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of
NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
--- Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs,
installs, and cable management.
--- Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
--- Effective organizational, planning, and time management
