Title: Business Analyst -Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Construction Lending & Commercial LendingLocation : Herndon VA Currently seeking a Business Analyst with System Analysis expertise in the banking industry. Lending Skills & Experience
Industry & solutions experience in one or more of the following segments: Commercial Lending / Leasing, Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Construction Lending & Equipment Finance. Experience with one or more of the following Competencies: Business Architecture, Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements Development / Gap Analysis, Business Strategy Development and Execution, Change Management, Digitization / Imaging, Program / Project Management (PMO), Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience, System Implementation / Integration, Testing, Training, Use Case Methodology (Waterfall, Agile)
Experience with industry-leading Core Loan/Lending platforms including Fidelity, Fiserv, and/or Jack Henry desired
Experience with industry-leading Commercial Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and spreading systems including nCino, Abrigo, Moody's' creditlens, Built, Capitalstream, CreditQuest, and/or Sageworks desired
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required
At least 3-5+ combined years of Financial Services industry and professional services consulting experience including Client delivery3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, configuration, or designDeep knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processesDeep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domainsStrong functional understanding of commercial lending process a big plusStrong entrepreneurial spirit
