Job Summary: We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our growing company. You will be responsible for helping inspect Rental equipment, diagnosing problems with engine, hydraulics and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and complete necessary repairs under supervision. Candidates with more than one year of mechanic experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, so you must be friendly and passionate about giving our customers the best repair experience possible.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as changing engine oil and hydraulic fluids.
• Inspect returned rental equipment for damaged, broken or missing items.
• Document and report missing or damaged items
• Basic computer skills
• Create repair orders to record repairs, preventive maintenance service and orders parts as needed to complete repairs.
• Help maintain parts inventory.
• Keep a clean and well-organized work areas
• Prepare sold and rental equipment for shipping
• Perform other duties as need to help other departments as directed by supervisor
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety rules
• Have a positive responsible attitude.
