Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst - Risk
Adjustment to provide advanced analytic support and ensure data
integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex data analysis and prepare reports for internal and
external customers
Monitor and analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement
and make recommendations
Develop and maintain reporting processes while ensuring data
security and privacy compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in Risk Adjustment
Healthcare data experience
Value-based healthcare experience is a plus
