Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our multifamily community, The Grove at Swift Creek. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of properties and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and enhance safety. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed. Participate in emergency repairs and after-hours calls as required. What We're Looking For: Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. Qualifications: Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus. Must be willing to work occasional weekends and be on-call for emergencies. Technical certification or vocational training is valued.
