Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct configuration peer reviews and execute strategic decision-making across multiple Workday modules
Administer business processes and facilitate advanced compensation cycles
Maximize investment in global benefits administration and automate reporting and analytics

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Workday HRIS analyst
Solid hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday modules
Advanced technical acumen in Excel; familiarity with tools such as Alteryx is a plus
Minimum 6 years of general business experience in Human Resources
Solid understanding of key HR touchpoints in the hire-to-retire cycle
