Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Support Consultant I to
provide support for their clients using Apricot software.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in customers' use of Apricot software and
customizations
Meet regularly with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely
manner
Document client interactions and provide coaching on best
practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
Interest in technology and problem-solving
Detail-oriented and well organized
Experience with Apricot software is preferred
Non-profit organizational experience is a plus
