SharePoint Administrator

Quantico, VA - ONSITE
Top Secret clearance is required
Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+) or higher

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
--- Provide IT systems administration, including planning for, installing, and maintaining computer systems, including servers, storage area networks and network attached storage on five enclaves.
--- Perform SharePoint Server (2019) on-prem administration including installation, configuration, migration, and services management.
--- Provide performance monitoring and tuning, upgrades and patching, backup and recovery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution.
--- Develop and maintain schedules and plans for system updates and patching.
--- Audit server utilization.
--- Ensure all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA STIGs or Security Requirements Guidance.
--- Identify and report system risks.

Qualifications:
--- 3 years' experience in systems administration in a Windows based environment.
--- Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
--- Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements).
--- Microsoft certification a plus.
--- Experience with SharePoint PowerShell PNP, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Workflows.
--- Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Automate.
--- Experience with SharePoint Site administration and SharePoint Central Administration Console.
--- Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, and VMWare vSphere.
--- Must have experience with STIGs.
--- Working knowledge of IT Systems Maintenance Compliance processes to include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM).
--- Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts.
--- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Administration, PowerShell, SharePoint, scripting, and Windows configuration techniques.
--- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers with Microsoft Windows.
--- Experience administering servers in a virtualized production environment using VMware vSphere technology desired.
--- Able to assess server infrastructure and configuration and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
--- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations.
--- Experience with DoD IT environment and networks.
