Job Description:
Job Title: Supplier Onboarding Specialist
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with
a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Location: Vienna, VA
Hybrid: onsite 2-3 days a week
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Description: Responsible for creating new supplier records and
updating/maintaining vendor master data
Conduct reviews of supplier documentation to aid in new supplier
setups
Maintain updated supplier documents and reviews
Systems: iValua and PeopleSoft
Software: Excel, Adobe (medium skill level)
Customer Service Skills (Internal and External customer base)
Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Attention to details (accuracy highly important)
Comfortable working independently
Fast Paced/high volume environment
