The Opportunity:

As an Operations Officer, you will act as an intermediary between analysts, designers, cartographers, and members of the analytic workforce. You'll interface with analysts, prioritize customer needs, balance designer workloads to set timelines and deliverable dates, and solicit the views and requirements of all stakeholders through daily interaction via phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and design consultations.

Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. You will use excellent and written communication skills to relay abstract concepts to various members across different teams. You'll apply skills to plan and manage multiple complex work assignments occurring simultaneously and operate with appreciable latitude in presenting solutions to problems while aligning decisions to tradecraft standards. You'll manage time and personnel resources to ensure product deadlines are reached.

You Have:

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a business analysis field, or 7+ years of experience in a business analysis field in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to convey complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner with excellent grammar

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
