Our serene, spa-like environment is designed to provide exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a dedicated front office team member to join us full-time as a Treatment Plan Coordinator /Insurance Billing Coordinator.In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims, managing accounts receivable, and clearly explaining treatment plans and benefits to our patients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage large treatments with attention to detail will play a vital role in our patients' experience. Keeping track of patient and insurance collections to keep aging under 30 days.We are proud to offer a tranquil workspace with all the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and masks. Our office features state-of-the-art technology to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent.
