Job Description:

Our client seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its Intellectual Property (IP) practice in Washington, DC. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in an IP and technology practice, specifically from the Class of 2022 to the Class of 2019. The role involves drafting and negotiating IP and technology contracts, as well as IP litigation. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in drafting such contracts, a strong academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative.
