Engineer, SeniorThe Opportunity:As a senior Human System
Integration Engineer, you will provide integrated and comprehensive
analysis, design, and assessment of requirements, concepts, and
resources for human-machine integration, manpower, personnel,
training, safety and occupational health, force protection and
survivability, and habitability. You will ensure human-machine
interfaces are optimized to increase total system performance. Our
human systems integration professionals recognize the need to
maximize overall human-machine performance through an understanding
of the human element, offering a total system approach to help
clients meet the demands of the evolving workplace. The total
system includes not just the prime mission equipment, but also the
people who operate, maintain, and support the system, the training
and training devices, and the operational and support
infrastructure. Even "unmanned systems" require human
components.You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in human-machine interface
integration
- 5+ years of experience in human-machine interface design and
development
- Ability to analyze designs through review of design
artifacts
- Ability to perform quantitative analyses
- Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team consisting of
systems engineers, electrical and electronics engineers,
acquisition professionals, and logistics and sustainment
professionals to achieve program outcomes
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering fieldNice If You Have:
- 15+ years of experience in Navy shipbuilding and defense
systems
- Knowledge of Navy acquisition processes
- Possession of excellent written and verbal technical
communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in an Engineering fieldClearance:Applicants

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will
