on.The opportunityReporting to the P&C Manager of Personal
Injuries, the role of P&C Business Partner will see you
partnering with our team who specialize in personal injury and
compensation claims. The team provides expert guidance and support
to clients, helping them understand if they have a claim, guiding
them through the claim process, and advocating on their behalf. The
team is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the
representation they deserve and fight tirelessly for justice and
fair outcomes.This is a role with impact; you will be driving and
delivering on People & Culture initiatives in the largest segment
of our business, making a tangible difference in the lives of our

experience we are looking for:
- P&C Business Partnering: Provide value-adding coaching and
advice to leaders and employees across the employee life cycle.
Support and initiate employee engagement and culture
initiatives.
- Performance & Development: Be actively involved in the
performance appraisal process, talent management, and workforce
planning.
- Employment Conditions: Implement P&C policies and programs
and provide guidance on entitlements and conditions.
- Reward & Recognition: Support the annual remuneration process
and advise on reward initiatives.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the Talent Team on
selection and engagement of new employees.
- Learning & Development: Partner with the L&D team to
implement learning solutions and support individual
development.
- Projects & Innovation: Identify improved ways of delivering
P&C services and undertake projects as needed.
- Collaboration: Mentor and support team members.You will also
bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high
level of empathy.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
at all levels.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage workload and
meet deadlines.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills; you are
solution-focused.
- Pragmatic approach to applying HR theory to business.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related
area.
- Commercial experience in HR advisor/consultant roles with
experience working with senior stakeholders and in professional
services environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems and processes.
- Understanding of the Australian Employment law framework.
