- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience defining and building global security
intelligence and risk mitigation strategies.
- 10 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and drawing
solutions from data, as it relates to intelligence and risk.
- 5 years of experience in resource management including defining
organizational structures and managing global teams.
- 5 years of experience editing and reviewing intelligence or
risk products.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading scaled security operations with vendor
management.
- Experience in managing budgets and engaging stakeholders.
- Experienced in security issues.
- Knowledge in products and briefings to executive clients.
- Ability to build cross-functional teams, supporting executives

position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The
range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and
maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training.Responsibilities
- Lead GSRS Global Intelligence's Threat Intelligence Analysis
(TIA) unit to support Google/Alphabet.
- Support the development of TIA team leads and analysts.
- Drive planning of TIA in support of broader Global Intel, GSRS,
and Google goals.
- Engage stakeholders throughout Google/Alphabet enterprise to
improve performance.
- Manage budgets, oversee vendor engagement for TIA, and identify
