seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support Holland
America Princess Alaska Operations, with a focus on year-round and
seasonal hiring. This office-based position can be in Seattle,
Washington, or Anchorage, Alaska.The Associate Talent Acquisition
Partner will streamline recruitment and onboarding, administration
of our applicant tracking systems (ATS), event management,
recruitment materials, and onboarding errors. Will recruit for
year-round roles, support seasonal job postings, and collaborate
with hiring managers and leaders to attract and hire talent in a
fast-paced market.Responsibilities
- Engages in the planning of seasonal recruitment, encompassing
the creation and modification of job descriptions and postings, as
well as post-season requisition archiving and closure. Adheres to
best practices and implements effective strategies. Supports the
recruitment process for evergreen roles during open seasons.
Manages the onboarding process, including background checks and
OFAC screenings, to ensure seamless integration of new
employees.
- Manages full lifecycle recruitment for year-round positions,
from position request form (PRF), job requisitions/postings, intake
meetings, sourcing, interview scheduling, hiring manager debriefs,
recruitment marketing on social media and job boards, pipeline
management, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Manages recruiting event process, including handling requests
and approvals, collaborating with committees, overseeing the
inventory of recruiting collateral, coordinating with the mailroom
for dispatching and returning collaterals to events, tracking
return on investment (ROI), reporting results, and scheduling
marketing advertisements on social media, job boards, and career
sites.
- Oversees and audits recruitment materials, collaborating with
the Alaska Initiatives Program Manager on marketing
collaterals.
- Onboarding: Monitor and report the onboarding status for new
hires, including background check reporting, adjudication, OFAC,
error review, training for hiring managers, and process
improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks and various duties as required
and co-manage the recruiting email inboxes.
- Delivers routine reports to HR/Talent Acquisition Leadership,
HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition
experience in a professional setting, preferably in travel, hotel,
or hospitality industries.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-performing, high-volume, and
fast-paced work environment.
- Written and verbal communication skills to scale based on
audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Skilled in using various cloud-based systems, including
applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting tools, and
workplace collaboration platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative
environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time
effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of effective recruitment and
sourcing techniques.
- Ability to screen candidates in a professional, efficient, and
effective manner.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data, experience managing
a recruitment desk, and familiarity with various closing techniques
such as preclosing and negotiations.
- Demonstrates integrity, enthusiasm, intellectual agility, and
tenacity.
- Ability to work roles at various levels and within various
disciplines.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fluid
environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Holland America Line/Princess is unable to sponsor or take over

status).This position follows the Company's schedule of three days
in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with

- Base Salary Range: $59,300.00 to $80,000.00. The range is
applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be
hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates'
