RoleArmada AI is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive
Business Partner to provide comprehensive strategic and
administrative support to the Sales & Go-To-Market leadership
teams. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive
leadership, driving efficiency, managing high-impact projects, and
ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in executive support,
strategic initiative management, and operational excellence within
a fast-paced environment.LocationThis role is United States based.
If located in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA, the expectation
will be hybrid - in office 3 times a week. Outside of the two
office locations, the preference would be for the candidate to be
on CST or EST time zones.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales & Go-To-Market
executives, ensuring alignment on priorities, facilitating
executive initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling high-priority
meetings, travel arrangements, and key engagements with an emphasis
on efficiency and prioritization.
- Oversee executive inboxes, triaging communications, drafting
responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups on critical matters.
- Prepare and refine executive-level communications, including
internal memos, leadership updates, reports, presentations, and
confidential documentation.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring agenda development,
execution of action items, and cross-functional coordination.
- Track and drive progress on key executive initiatives, ensuring
milestones are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Coordinate and manage Sales Kick-Off events (SKOs) and
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive alignment, engagement,
and performance across teams.
- Oversee travel logistics, including international and domestic
itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Act as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders,
maintaining professionalism and discretion in high-level
interactions.
- Handle confidential projects, including executive hiring,
business planning, and high-impact organizational initiatives.
- Maintain and manage executive dashboards, sales performance
reports, and business insights to support data-driven
decision-making.
- Support high-profile external engagements, including customer
meetings, investor relations, and industry events, ensuring
seamless coordination and preparation.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive support role,
with a track record of managing senior-level administrative and
strategic responsibilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools such
as Teams & Zoom.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data,
create reports, and provide strategic insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of
representing executive leadership professionally and
effectively.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Strong project management skills, with a keen ability to
multitask, prioritize competing demands, and drive operational
efficiency.Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in organizing and managing events and offsites to
drive sales team engagement and business alignment.
- Experience in preparing executive reports, materials, and
presentations to support business growth.
- Background in handling confidential projects, such as
restructuring initiatives or executive hiring processes.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to
provide actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting executive teams in a technology or
engineering environment.
- Prior experience in supporting Go-To-Market functions,
including coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing sales
operations, and ensuring smooth execution of GTM strategies.You're
