We are looking for an IT Services Administrator II to help provide comprehensive IT administration and support to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems.Job Title: IT Services Administrator II / IT SupportLocation:Remote/Hybrid (Spokane area)Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (DOE)FLSA Status:ExemptPosition Summary:This role requires proficiency in Level 2/3 support, desktop support, mobile device management (MDM), mobile security, cybersecurity, asset management, and a strong understanding of networking. The IT Services Administrator II will troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor and collaborate with others, account administration, and help support user issues. This is a remote/hybrid role, primarily involving remote work. However, candidates must reside within a 60-minute commute of a local Collaboration Center or Brand to ensure timely response to any on-site requirements on an as-needed basis. While these visits may be infrequent, the ability to promptly address on-site requirements is essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support local/remote network systems, including Ubiquiti, and manage Intune/Entra, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct desktop support, including installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Support mobile devices like iOS or Android tablets or phones, including MDM solutions.
- Provide support for Office 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate and manage IT incident response.
- Adhere to IT change management processes.
- Help support disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
- Assist with asset management, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for timely support of issues as they arise.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Collaborate with others to implement and maintain IT policies and security protocols.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
in IT processes and procedures.Job RequirementsQualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent technical training/experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an IT Support role with Level 2 or 3 support experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking, server administration, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Intune/Entra.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Addigy, Jamf, or AirWatch).
- Proficiency with Windows environments; macOS experience is a plus.
- Experience with managed cybersecurity platforms and EDR
solutions.Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Excel.Work Conditions:
- Primarily sedentary work in a general home or office environment.
- Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to work weekends and overnight hours as needed.
- Must be willing to travel to various brand locations as
