A company is looking for a Product Support Representative-Level

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and
remote assistance tools
Take ownership of reported issues, researching and troubleshooting
software or process problems
Deliver on-demand product training and assist in creating support
documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
1+ year of help desk experience or 3+ years of over-the-phone
customer service experience preferred
A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Time management skills in a virtual workforce environment
A passion for customer service
