Job Description:

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with patients via email and phone to address their needs and ensure timely follow-up
Verify and process orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery information and documentation
Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and support departmental goals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
