Key Responsibilities
Monitor calls for customer satisfaction, compliance, and adherence
to internal processes
Conduct live call monitoring and provide performance data to
management
Evaluate call quality and provide feedback to leadership teams to
support quality assurance workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
(preferred)
1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Call Monitoring, or
Customer Service
Experience with call center operations and compliance
evaluation
Proficiency in reporting tools and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
