us!About the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and
proactive Junior Business Administrator to support our Senior
Director in Legal and contribute to broader risk management
initiatives. This role focuses on business administration, risk
coordination, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate
will play a key role in optimizing workflows, coordinating
risk-related tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes within
the Legal team.This role will report to the Business Administrator
but will support the Senior Director and work closely with the
Legal team.Key Responsibilities:Business Administration &
Operational Support:
- Assist with cross-functional projects that require
administrative oversight and coordination.
- Support ongoing operational needs within Business
Administration and Legal functions.
- Work closely with other administrative professionals across the
organization to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Enhance processes and workflow efficiency within the Legal and
Risk teams.
- Support with the preparation of board and bridge decks,
ensuring readiness and accessibility for decision-making, along
with key legal documents as needed.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts by gathering and
organizing critical business information.
- Participate in project planning and execution, assisting with
tasks such as scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing project
reports.
- Assist with team-building activities and onboarding new team
members.Risk & Compliance Coordination:
- Support compliance tracking, policy updates, and risk reporting
across teams.
- Assist in monitoring and managing risk-related administrative
tasks, ensuring timely execution.
- Act as a central point of coordination for risk-related
communications between departments.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure alignment on risk
policies and initiatives.Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage email inbox and calendar for the Senior Director,
ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of tasks.
- Organize meetings in coordination with the Senior Director,
and, if required, take meeting minutes.
- Support with travel arrangements and other logistical
tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance day-to-day
efficiency within the team.Who You Are:

standards.Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in business administration, operations
support, or risk coordination (experience in legal, compliance, or
executive administration is a plus).
- Strong skills in process optimization, project coordination,
and business documentation.
- Familiarity with risk management or compliance-related
tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote, or international
environment is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion,
Slack, and project management platforms.Remote Compensation

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part
of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in
various markets while we hiring globally.The base salary range for
this full-time position is $28,000 USD - $63,000 USD. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job
titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for
the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many
factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work
experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
The base salary range may be subject to change.At Remote, we foster
