In this role you will lead the strategic planning efforts for large-scale projects, playing a critical role in developing the mission, vision, and strategic goals. This position provides direction and expertise in creating actionable, long-term plans for organizations, ensuring alignment with their desired future and measurable outcomes.Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning process for large projects, ensuring alignment with requirements, goals, and vision.
• Offer strategic guidance in the creation of operational plans that translate requirements into actionable steps, including setting clear and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives and provide recommendations for resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all plans are actionable, achievable, and aligned with the overall mission.Benefits:

    • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
    • 7+ years of experience in a strategic management/planner role.
    • Experience providing consulting support and expertise to clients.
    • Ability to develop, review and present deliverables and findings to management.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Experience with strategic planning methodologies and approaches.
