There, we pioneered a drive-in church concept and a "come as you are" approach to attract those who might be deterred by traditional church settings. In the 1970s, we acquired our current property, which is an ideal location, centralized in the community. Over the past 15 years, we have completed significant expansion and remodeling projects that have allowed us to accommodate our growing congregation.

The role emphasizes developing ministry strategies to accommodate expected rapid growth and fostering innovative and evangelistic approaches to help children and students deepen their relationships with Jesus.
