You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you'll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. You rise above and beyond to constantly find better ways for our government to work.Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 1-4 consultants in the Talent work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
• Lead working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Architect the Workday solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
• Provide the Project Manager/HCM Lead with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.Here's what you need:

• Existing and up to date Workday Certification or 3+ years of experience in support of the Workday Talent module.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday solutions, with a focus on Talent and Performance modules.
• Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
