Systems Division, is hiring a qualified Sr. Principal Mission
Architect Engineer with a focus on Modeling and Simulation for the
M1 mission. Successful candidates for this position will work in a
technical role for space and ground programs in Dulles, VA. This
position offers the opportunity to work on exciting, cutting-edge
programs and new mission areas in the following areas to support
next generation space capabilities.Duties/Responsibilities:CONOPS

Systems EngineeringThis position will expose the candidate to equal
parts technical competency, forward thinking ideas, and execution
focus. This position utilizes abilities to interact in an organized
and solutions-oriented manner, with external entities who are
contributing elements of the integrated ground and space
segment.#NOVASPACEBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in STEM
area (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and 8 years of
relevant experience; or 6 years with a Master's; 4 years with
PhDUnderstanding of Systems Engineering principles and
practicesExperience in requirements management, system architecture
development, and CONOPs.Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top
Secret security clearance at time of application, current and
within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI
approval/accessPreferred Experience:Current or active
TS/SCIExperience with a space or ground system development
programExperience presenting to customersExperience working with a
cross-discipline teamExperience in M1 mission design, satellite
ground software, distributed modeling & simulationAbility to
architect with MBSE and tie analysis products to model
behaviorUnderstanding of system of system architecture designs the
interplay between various national security customers and
productsMission system requirements, verification/validation
planning, mission planning/execution, mission analysis,
modeling/simulation, system trade studies, and expertise with
various engineering tools such as MATLAB, STK, and similar
toolsSalary Range: $133,000 - $199,600The above salary range
represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market
conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
