get to do The Executive Liaison supports the day-to-day
administrative operations working with the Executive Office for a
government client on an international development and humanitarian
support contract. This person will serve as a liaison working with
senior-level stakeholders. The individual must have effective
communications and strong organizational skills and be able to
analyze and identify task gaps and needs, resolve complex issues to
ensure critical tasks and high priority deadlines are met. Detail
oriented is a must have skill set. The ideal team member is
intellectually curious and proactive. The team member must be able
to handle various responsibilities, from taking meeting minutes to
supporting high level senior briefings. Must be a fast learner.
Experience with a fast paced working environment is preferred. Key
Responsibilities Manages the administrative and day-to-day tasks of
senior officials within an organization, including the coordination
of calendars, scheduling meetings Must be assertive to drive
towards outcomes Prepare reports and update internal
projects/templates Draft and distribute various client-ready
communications Increase bandwidth of the executive by anticipating
needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, delegating
activities Track action items assigned to executives; proactively
research ways to resolve any action items; hold teammates and other
stakeholders accountable for known action items that need to be
completed Ability to handle day-to-day administrative support and
special projects as they arise Maximize efficiencies by
streamlining processes for increased organization and unified
workstreams Proactively reviewing executive's schedule to ensure
the time is aligned with their priorities Ensure all scheduled
meetings have agenda, agendas, action items, next steps and other
relevant attachments (eg. Past Meeting Minutes) Assist executives
by preparing talking points for key meetings Sustain the highest
level of professionalism with both internal and external contacts
Attend weekly meetings to review operations and client matters
Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting
senior-level executive leadership. Must be a critical thinker with
the ability to research for answers. Strong customer service and
client relationship skills Excellent prioritization, organizational
and problem-solving skills Strong communication and follow up
skills, ability to manage deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle
confidential and sensitive information and respond with appropriate
tact and diplomacy Must have strong writing skills, and the ability
to work independently in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint,
Word, and Excel. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or
related field. Must be able to obtain OR already have a Public
Trust clearance. Authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Desired
Qualifications Prior consulting experience. Experience working with

Consulting relies on several factors to determine salary, including
but not limited to geographic location, education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, experience, as well as organizational and
contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range
for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 (Annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for
this position, and is just one component of Southpoint's total
compensation package for employees. Our benefit offerings for this
