Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Support Specialist
(Disaster Response).
Key Responsibilities
Develops and provides comprehensive support for Disaster Response
Product and other interventions
Designs and implements product support models, standards, and
training tools globally
Analyzes data to measure program success and provides coaching to
global marketing and partner staff
Required Qualifications and Education
Strong understanding of child protection considerations and
commitment to advocacy for children
Experience in product support and program measurement in a global
context
Ability to design and lead complex training initiatives
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to
disaster response and humanitarian aid
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
