Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temp to Hire Fraud Specialist to join
their Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
Review suspected fraud cases while adhering to service-level
agreements
Maintain fraud review volume expectations with minimal errors and
chargebacks
Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and
enhance fraud detection capabilities
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Risk, Fraud Prevention, or
chargeback/customer disputes (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin)
preferred
Basic understanding of Fraud Risks
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) preferred
Telecommunications and/or E-commerce experience greatly
preferred
