Structured Finance Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a junior to mid-level Structured Finance Associate to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in structured finance, securitization, and asset-based lending to join a highly regarded finance group. The position is open to multiple office locations, including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in structured finance transactions, including securitization and asset-backed lending matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to structured finance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, including financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal counsel on complex financial transactions.Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending.
• Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is preferred.Skills & Competencies:

• Competitive salary range of $225,000 - $390,000, based on location and experience.
