Job Description:
The qualified candidate is experienced in reviewing and
analyzing commercial real estate due diligence including title,
survey, zoning, organizational documents and resolutions, and
UCC/litigation searches; drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs;
abstracting complex recorded title documents such as ground leases,
CCRs, condominium documents, and easements; and creating, managing,
coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents. The
successful candidate is detail-oriented and organized; is
comfortable interfacing directly with title companies, surveyors,
and opposing counsel; works well independently; has polished
written and verbal communication skills; complies with procedures
and guidelines; and excels at managing deadlines and multiple work
streams. Proficient/advanced knowledge of Office Suite
preferred.
The group is also looking for a paralegal that has experience
drafting deeds, authorizing resolutions, and other purchase and
sale closing documents, in addition to the qualifications listed
above.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 to
$145,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a
number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years
of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and
certifications, responsibilities and performance.
