Job Description:
A company is looking for a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions
Lawyer to join their network for flexible, variable hourly
work.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary legal counsel for M&A transactions, managing
deals from start to finish
Draft, review, and negotiate M&A-related documents
Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive legal support and
guidance
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in good standing with the Arizona state bar
Extensive experience in handling M&A transactions, particularly
within the $5M to $40M range
Experience in Big Law or boutique law firms specializing in
M&A
Strong preference for flexible hourly, ad hoc work or part-time
engagements
