Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage contract
negotiations and provide legal guidance in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer contracting processes, including review, drafting,
and negotiation of SaaS and professional service agreements
Support functional leaders with supplier contract negotiations and
provide legal guidance on various topics
Develop training materials for the sales team to navigate the
contracting process effectively
Required Qualifications:
UK qualified with 6-10 years post qualification experience
Strong track record at a top law firm, with at least 2 years of
in-house experience
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial
contracts
Exposure to intellectual property, GDPR, and data protection
issues
Prior experience focused on software licensing is a plus
